Rhythm and Percussion with Signs is simple to learn and is a very powerful tool for people and groups integration. These qualities have taken the method to be implemented in different institutional contexts: Education, therapy, organizations and programs for integration of socially marginalized groups.
Percumotora’s workshops for institutions intend to facilitate comprehension, adaptation and improvement of complex interaction processes within a group where individuals pursue a collective purpose. This is done in an empirical way. Participants, independently of their musical experience and skills, experience their interactions while trying to achieve a common goal in a ludic and emotional environment by using a common and basic human expression: Rhythm. In institutional environments, such as organizations, companies, schools or universities, Rhythm and Percussion with Signs provides a language through which the group communicates, coordinates and learns from experience because it allows the emergence of a delicate balance between conduction, group coordination and individual creative contributions.

The experience of successfully playing together, listening to each other, create ideas and using them to serve the group allows skills and traits in each participant can be experimented, identified and enhanced. It is a concrete, focused and different experience that allows an excellent assimilation of group concepts and processes. Some or them include internal and external listening, effective communication, proactive attitude, group-roles identification and comprehension, coordination, creativity, diversity appreciation, errors use, leadership, cooperation, team work, concentration, individual and collective trust, assertiveness, responsibility, individual and group efficiency, inclusion, awareness of group objectives, enjoyment and fun.
Workshops ar directed to groups and work teams with different positions and departments in academic and business institutions of any kind.
